Your satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of beauty and skincare products, we maintain the following return guidelines.

Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can review and assist accordingly.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return or replacement:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging

  • The request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used beauty products

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
